Review Time
I had the pleasure of having a wonderfull fellow delivery driver, who would always deliver on time, recently dhl decided to change that lovely bloke with a what looks like a teen, always late, always coming in at 8 or even 9 o'clock, compared to the driver before who would deliver next day and on time always before 2 o'clock. Now I have to wait for my packages an extra week, if i could I would name aand shame the younger driver for his utter incompetence.
Initially good communication, notified on the day of the delivery window, so I planned my day around that and waited in. Just at the end of the window, i was notified they were running late. Next thing I knew, an email and message 'Sorry we missed you'! When at the time of the purported 'delivery', I was literally eating lunch with my husband within six feet of the door. They did not knock, they did not ring the bell (and our door has a sign asking callers to ring the bell AND a sign pointing to the doorbell), no card was left. I called to complain, a lengthy process, the woman spoke to the depot and told me GPS showed he was at my address but had 'run out of cards so couldn't leave one'. So I assume he was running late, paused briefly outside the house, then drove on. The woman apologised and rearranged for the next day, but at 9am the next morning there was still no tracking info and no word on when it might arrive, so I had to call again. This time told the driver hadn't left the depot yet so that's why no tracking yet. Apparently as customers we are just supposed to be prepared to wait all day and not do any errands or leave the house for any reason, just in case DHL might decide to turn up. Eventually at 11:29am I received an email to tell me my delivery would be between 10:50 (already 40 minutes ago) and 12:50 - how helpful. I literally left the door of the porch open this time and hovered near the door the entire time until the delivery arrived. So altogether I probably wasted five hours of my life waiting for these deliveries, having to call DHL twice about the delivery etc. What a waste of time and really poor service.
This is the worst casino I have ever encountered. I haven't been able to make a single withdrawal due to the issues I've faced. The maximum withdrawal limit is $750 per day, and while they claim it takes '3-4' business days, it actually takes weeks. I lost $6000 in just 30 minutes. Yes, 30 MINUTES. There's no real RTP% here, and winning seems impossible. I strongly advise steering clear of this rigged casino.

The parcel was due to be delivered last week but they “lost the parcel” and said it had been sent to Hong Kong! The item was a gift and due to the delay, I had to purchase another gift for them. The response from Paul Smith and DHL has been poor and not once has there been an apology. I shall definitely think twice about using either service again.
I did not want to give even on star. Their tracking and offers are good but the reward distribution is so poor. If someone earns more than 1 dollar for any step of the offer, they come and say sorry we could not track and bla bla which is totally ridiculous. I would recommend people not to try if you want to earn more than 1 dollar per offer.

Hi! Today I’ve got my parcel number 39643529735. The driver called me and he just cut off the phone. Then he was extremely rude and demanded me to jump on the street in one second, otherwise he threatened me to bring my parcel back to your office. Then he just left my parcel in the random shop and left. It was really awful experience with your delivery. I hope you don’t treat like this all customers.
