I've recently started my own business and made the move to self-employment. The mentorship has been massively valuable in helping me prepare for self-employment. They have a load of really useful guides that were really useful in helping me build my business plan and growth strategy. There are so many different resources available besides the interviews to help you grow both your business and yourself personally. The mentor calls are also amazing. If you can attend the live calls, you can ask the mentors your own questions for their feedback. But I've also learnt a lot from watching back recordings and listening to other people's questions. There's so much to gain, and it's amazing to be in a community with hundreds of others who share the same mindset as you. You can always ask questions and get useful feedback from others. I will be a part of the community for a long time to come.
The box was left in a stable on top of someone's box..I cannot believe he didn't pop it in our porch..door always ajar..there is a walk through footpath whereby anyone could pick anything up..plus if the person with the stable decided to pick it up then that would be it..no photo taken to prove we're it had been left as I had to phone at 7p per minute to check were it was..this was a 120.00 necklace that could easily have disappeared..absolutely ridiculous place to leave it..very annoyed.
I was forced to use DHL by EBay’s (not) ‘simple delivery’ system. The postage cost was approximately £11.00. The label was printed and collection booked for 1/12/25. I received an email on the day stating collection would be between 16.44 and 18.44. DHL never came and despite calling them three times the parcel was still not picked up by 6/12/25. At this point I had to pay for an Evri label in order to get the package on the way. DHL are simply not up to the job of fulfilling EBay deliveries. I thought the company was professional but now realise they are no better than anyone else, and I will never book them again.
I’ve had the worst delivery experience I’ve ever encountered with GLS Ireland.My parcel was delayed for weeks sitting in the depot once passed to GLS, then marked as “delivered” despite never arriving at the ParcelShop I selected. GLS tracking even showed a signature from a fake name 'Vincent Thomas' who does not exist at the ParcelShop, which the shop confirmed to me in person.It's been a Kafkaesque nightmare since then, as the parcel has:- disappeared and reappeared from tracking multiple times - been marked delivered, then “stored in parcel centre”, then “out for delivery” again - taking days in between each step - been sent for home delivery repeatedly, despite explicit instructions and a confirmed ParcelShop address- been returned to the depot by the driver, only to repeat the same loopI visited and called the ParcelShop multiple times, taking time out of my working day, only to be told GLS had never delivered anything to them. They also mentioned they had returns waiting there weeks due to GLS no-shows. Customer service is unresponsive and impossible to reach and the tracking system is completely unreliable. At no point was I given accurate information about where my parcel actually was.This is not a one-off delay for the Christmas period - it’s systemic failure. Marking parcels as delivered when they are not is completely unacceptable, shady and a borderline scam. GLS made a mistake at every basic step of the delivery process and are completely unfit for purpose as a company. How they're allowed to continue operating is beyond me. I'll be avoiding any company that uses GLS like the plague in future. Even Fastway were miles better than this incompetent crowd.
They made me purchase a car insurance along with the car i bought with them thinking they will assist in claming car alloy and tyre damage, the third party company they work with totally old school claiming methodology where the customer service and the website they have it takes 9 months to get one claim , and upon uploading all the pictures they reject the claim saying the two claims are merged into one, They just want to loot money from the customers and dont want to do any service. Never ever buy any additional add ons offered by jemca croydon
