Terrible, horrible experience. Please stay away, everything from the beginning to the end was a disaster. They lied about the delivery date, promissing a 5 business days delivery. The matchboxes were 1 month late and during the entire month I got no answers to all my follow up emails!! I thought my case was an isolated one, but by reading all the reviews I see she’s been scamming so many people… I am truly disappointed, the matches did not arrive for my wedding, she refused any refund and I have wasted so much time and energy on this… Please stay away from this woman.
I’d give zero stars if I could… totally shocking on withdrawals been waiting 4 days you try to speak to them and it’s high demand one day then the next it’s global tech issues do not use this site some many better options with better services and customer support just lie over and over again. Over the last 3 weeks, 4 separate deliveries failed to be delivered. They claim they are delivering one day, no phone calls or text only to wait in all day to be told at the end of the day - delivery failed!They have my full address, telephone number and clear directions from a local tourist spot 1km away and unless I tie red ribbons alongside the road I dont know what else I can do! Other companies deliver to my address with out any problems.
