I am tremendously benefitted by attending Nandita's sessions of life transformation. I joined in 2023 after I had a knee fracture. I found myself cured and was up and about quickly by simply being positive.. since then I am regularly attending g her weekly sessions. She brings new ideas in her sessions s ,and I feel energized and renewed each time. I remain in high frequency with high spirits all the time. I have become emotionally strong and feel I have the tools to find solutions to emerging problems,hence I am confident t generally.Nandita is very helpful and keeps updating herself and in return all of us in her community about new updates. With her pleasant demeanor and energy , I feel refreshed and never want to miss her class. Her lessons are really empowering .
Final final update now given up with Toyota!I contacted Kinto to let them know that we could not go ahead with the lease of the car because we could not get a test drive sorted and I copied in Customer Services email as per given below. Firstly, Kinto apologised for all the drama that we were being put through and then Customer Services stepped in and suggested that we tried the Sidcup branch and could we move the transaction and test drive to there?. After we agreed they then come back to us saying that it was only possible during Monday to Friday and there was some concern over the finance and how Sitch would get paid for it. This was the final straw for us. It’s ridiculous. They do not know how to sell a vehicle, they do not understand Customer Service the kiss goodbye to a 45K order. Just don’t bother is our sound advice!4 days later after the "standard" reply left, we've not heard a word from Jemca, it is clear that management really don't seem to care for new business. Such a shame there is not competition in Toyota Dealerships regionally.Firstly it seems this company has one profile forcing everyone to leave reviews against Croydon. This was Bromley not Croydon but it seems the theme continues with my review as you get the poorest level customer service.We visited the site twice, no one from Sales was around to help us, so we abandoned trying buy a car.We received a quote from Kinto to lease a vehicle (Great customer service for this part of Toyota) but having not done a test drive yet, it was suggested that we do that with local dealership and we should even be able to have it for a day, before before ordering the car.Sadly customer service here is poor which worries us as they would be our local service centre, I’ve tried 6x now to call to book a test drive, and even when someone took details Sales (Rob) never come back to me, although 10.24am give me an hour to speak manager and I’ll call you back! I called again 5 hours later as no one called back.I had even taken to submitting an online enquiry and no response from Fleet team.I really no idea how they expect any sales if they don’t answer the phone in sales or don’t call back, I’ve even gone via the call centre and the lovely customer service agent took my details and said they would flag to management and still no one called back. 🤨It’s now 27 hours ago I tried to book this test drive and I’m leaving the review to see if anyone really cares enough to help us …and if they don’t to warn other customers that this is not the place to go for a good customer service experience. We are now going back to talk to BMW!Final update, when I emailed our Kinto contact to tell them we cannot order I copied in customer services, an agent offered us to do with Sidcup to save the deal, we agreed but then a few days later it seemed that again you can’t test drive a) exact vehicle, b) only do it weekdays, c) they were moaning about they don’t know how they get paid themselves for doing it.I responded saying they need to keep internal issues to themselves and they should be able to adapt to customers needs and we were pulling out…we didn’t even get an apology from them, only from Kinto contact who was mortified how we were treated!Seriously for a company that sells cars..I would be surprised how they sell anything…!! 😤
Excellent service had issue with my car I had to use a specialist local to me on the same day of issue i phoned aa warranty as I already paid for the garage to fix the car.very easy process receipt invoice emailed to the claims department 24 hours my claim was delt with 4 working days I was reburst the funds.excellet service easy to put a claim through.5*
Ich bin jetzt 14 Wochen am Start. Am Anfang war es für mich wichtig mein Gewicht zu reduzieren. Mittlerweile liegen ziemlich stressige Wochen im Beruf hinter mir, die ich mit Dennis super bewältigen konnte. Die Übungseinheiten und auch die tägliche Bewegung haben in dieser Zeit sehr geholfen. Die Ernährung ist einfach und mega lecker und Du bist einfach satt ohne Heißhunger. Tolles Ergebnis, ich bin bereits um 5 Kilo leichter. Vielen Dank lieber Dennis für Deine Unterstützung.
