GLS Portugal damaged my parcel, didn't notice me, then sent the package anyway to Ireland. When I asked what they did to fix the package or what was damaged in the package, no response. In Ireland, the package "got lost". They asked me details of the package and description of it to help them find it. In the end, they today told me they found it and want to send it back to the sender. Should have taken 4-5 business days and its been over a month.No refund whatsoever. Customer service experience: waiting 1h in line. Then they reply with the package getting lost, then when we ask for details they finish the call to avoid telling.
Nobody replies to emails, you ring and nobody knows. All I want to know is where is my package. Simple question, would be 0 stars but no option, il be trying my hardest to avoid these cowboys in the future. They won't bother themselves to look for parcel they lost.
2 packages from Angling Direct Germany, GLS Tracking website informs me that they were delivered on April 1st, after numerous phone calls and conversations with customer service I was phoned by the Waterford branch manager and told the packages were delivered to the wrong address because only the house number and street address was on the packages (LIES, they wouldn't even make it to Ireland like that). Also, the packages were signed for but I don't believe that, I've had packages delivered by GLS Tracking Ireland before and they just leave them at the front door or thrown over the back gate. They don't even text or ring you anymore to let you know there coming, very bad and to be honest a sad service.Its now 28th April and still no packages and stuck trying to get a refund or the items resent. In the 21st century its unacceptable and if I could give minus stars I would because 1 Star is to good after all the messing around and lies.

Absolutely useless company now having to rebook holiday again because they haven't paid the garage..And have the cheek to ask me if I want to renew my warranty ...And my warranty was for £5000 but I had to pay £3500. Avoid Opteven like the plague false promises
They are good at taking care of issues pertaining to credit not given by an app. Simply screenshot your level, and do a very short movie clip showing start and a movement at your level. Those 2 steps are all you need to verify playing the app. They're great at getting you your credit!
