Woeful service. Waited 14 days for a delivery that was supposed to take 3-5 days. Was told twice to have someone at home to receive the delivery which didn't turn up. 2 wasted days. Told on the phone yesterday that the driver would be there soon. He got here today. Ridiculous
Horrible service! Do not trust the driver to leave the package at your door. You get a fake signature and marked as delivered. Customer service takes 4 weeks to respond so when you finally find out that your package is stolen, insurance is not covering as it wasn't reported whitin x days. Sender is not covering as you authorised the driver. And GLS are washing their hands with no proof of delivery.
From the sales persons visit, through arranging installation date , rip out and installation, the process was smooth and communication clear.Sam (installer) is the key person, rip out and installation were perfect. We were a trim short, but that was installed the week after. Its not the cheapest but made to fit and last, you get what you pay for!
