I didn't have AA warranty. I had a different cover, but after requesting recovery to a garage the decided to take over the repairs without ever asking and have held me and my car hostage ever since. They don't answer or respond to calls and when going through another section of the AA I still get fobbed off at every turn. These people are not fit for purpose at all and should be ashamed of themselves a total disgrace at every level. DO NOT USE THE AA at all. There are better options out there where they don't try and rip you off and steal your property. My issue has been going on since the 6th of December and we're now on the 18th and still not even close to any kind of resolution!!!!!

I booked an appointment for service. The lady on the phone said if you leave the car morning early time surly would be ready end of working day. Around 3:00 the sms came up and inspector mentioned breaking pads need to change and his colleague will call me shortly. Around 4:30 no one called so far and they will close at 5:30 how they can manage to sort out my car???!!!?? Then I call and happy lady said your car is ready. When I attended to the shop to pick my car I noticed they did not change my car breaks pads! Why?she said We do not have parts but I did not believe her. I guess Friday late time they don’t have staff to do the jobs, so they start to laying to customer. Literally I am done with all Toyota shit, definitely my next car is not Toyota!
Left a parcel in the GLS drop-off location in Tipperary a week ago (28/11/2024), and today (week later, 5/12/2024), the parcel is still there. I haven't got any confirmation, so I had to take picture of the parcel in the shop, with the shop owner, and even tracking did not update, and still shows: "The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." I and the staff from the GLS Shop have contacted GLS multiple times, to request pick up, and they are just promising something to keep you quiet for another day. Tracking: ZBJNY845
Shocking service ! Hard to believe but true.Was waiting on a parcel from Italy and was not going to be at home so decided I would use their pick up service from one of their “parcel shops”. Got a text saying they had delivered parcel to parcel shop. Went to collect it but shop told me they had’nt worked with GLS for 4 years !!! They didn’t even have a scanner!Got back onto GLS ( no apology) who said it would be delivered to my home address within 3 days. 3 days later got a text to say it was at the original “parcel shop”. Called in again to shop just to double check. Of course it wasn’t there. Afterwards sent numerous texts/emails to GLS who assured me it would be delivered to a different parcel shop. Couldn’t give me the address of new parcel shop as it wasn’t on their system yet.Still waiting…..They don’t give a shit. I’m the fool.
