Unfortunately a package went missing after delivery by GLS. The package was delivered and so GLS were not responsible, the delivery driver, Denis, was extremely professional and managed the situation in a pleasant and genuine manner. I am very satisfied will the service that GLS provide.
I have never dealt with a more unhelpful transport company. Offered no help with my tracking. Called them twice in 2 weeks to try locate a parcel. They couldn't care less. Don't think the people on the phone realised that their job is to actually deliver parcels. I buy everything online and never had any issues with the courier companies. These are a joke.

The worst company in terms of package delivery, the time when the package will be delivered and the rudeness of the agents and managers in the customer service... they send fake e-mails and make promises and they don't fulfill any of that and they just waste our time waiting for them to deliver or pick up every day package...they are definitely legit scammers and the worst and most disgusting company I have come across...
