The worst company in terms of package delivery, the time when the package will be delivered and the rudeness of the agents and managers in the customer service... they send fake e-mails and make promises and they don't fulfill any of that and they just waste our time waiting for them to deliver or pick up every day package...they are definitely legit scammers and the worst and most disgusting company I have come across...
Worst shipping service. All packages are opened and their content is stolen or damaged. How can tech companies still trust this service with their packages? Never not had an issue with GLS, the best experience I've had being when I ordered candy and delivery guys only ate a third of it.If you ordered high tech stuff, be prepared to go to the police to report thief.

Sonst top!

At this moment I am having a really poor experience with this delivery company, I've received a few emails saying my parcel couldn't be delivered, after receiving the first email I replied asking why the parcel wasn't left in the wood shed as stated on the front door, I was asked for confirmation of my address etc, yet here I am still waiting to receive it and being told via email that said parcel is out today! It clearly isn't and I'm still left with no item or trying to understand why it's not arriving. Very poor service and disappointed as this is a subscription delivery and looks like I'm stuck with this carrier, I think it might be time to cancel my subscription and go elsewhere.
‘WAS’ interested in buying a car from an independant dealership circa the £10.000 bracket. All their cars have initial AA warranties with the option of extending. Checking backgrounds and all matters relating to a potential purchase I won’t be buying a car from the dealership solely on their choice of warranty options. AA warranties are an exclusion policy (NOT an inclusive one). I’ve checked not only feedback reviews from this site but a host of others. The general feedback can be categorised in to the following.1. Car dealerships - give good feedback as they take their percentage from selling the warranty.2. Some customers leave positive feedback which isn’t relative to the product ie: the sales pitch & not making a claim on the policy.3. The customer - there is an unacceptable percentage of feedback that relates to claim avoidance (either partial or whole) and what appears to be a faceless, corporate and concerted effort to make claims difficult & obstructive to the client. It also appears from reading and researching cases that when a car is submitted for repair, the garages and technicians used are ‘the cheapest’ the warranty providers can find (not the best qualified or approved). So basically your car could end up at some dodgy back street garage being bodged up by Mr. Scarper & crew.So - on that amount of research and findings - an AA warranty is not something I wish to purchase - PLUS my trust in forecourts that use such warranties has drastically diminished.Thankyou for reading my review and hope that this information informs any further decisions you make about any future purchases you make.
