Overall a very good experience and my first time using them, but recommended by a friend. The whole process of initial phone call, Consultant's appointment, and visit to Maidstone Showroom, which is just fabulous and Mina there is an angel !!))Installation was mixed. Two fitters, one very good (Matthew); arrived very early on the day and was quiet and polite and. just got on with it to my complete satisfaction. The second turned up late, boisterous and demanding a tea on arrival and put on music without any consideration for me. To add insult to injury he required three cups of tea through the visit, spent an hour talking to Matthew, who had of course finished and damaged the stair case walls as he rushed out at the end with his vacuum and tool box. I hope Sliderobes will speak with him about this poor behaviour as he is certainly NOT a good Ambassador for the company and I certainly wouldn't let him in my home again !!
They cancelled my booking. Had booked from 13.00 and put in my flight number which they acknowledge. But they told me they only hold the booking 1 hour because I booked through a third party. They wanted €70 extra because they only had a larger car. Liars they just wanted more money paid directly to them. They knew I'd arrive and had paid on a nonrefundable booking. Should have been super clear during the booking process that they would only keep the booking for one hour after booked pick up time. Never have I experienced this before and I've booke +50 hire cars. Never returning to QEEQ or ok mobility.
Ɓad experience. I went through them via freecash. I did their scrambly offer. Create an account, withdraw one for $6, make second withdraw $26. It shows in my support tab that I clicked it but never credited me. I email support, showing screenshots of my withdraws, and my welcome email. The support person said to me that they see I clicked on it but can't track anything else. The the VPN excuse which I came back with, I've used tons of sites I know not to use a VPN when doing offers. To me it seems they just won't pay on high paying offers. Such a shame they are going down the other offer wall routes.
Words fail me. Tracking info totally unreliable. Delivered item even though I'd stated I would refuse delivery and they confirmed they'd return item to seller by e mail on 14th Nov. Its now the 25th Nov and tracking last updated on 19th Nov. I've made several calls but now i give up.
They are very helpfull and fast responding. I had a problem with a game tracking and I sent a ticket. They was very kind and understanding. They rewarded me with full game price. I appreciate it very much because i put a lot of efforts to complete this offer, and i didn`t want to be wasted.
