after winning €1800 on Weiss my winnings were removed from my account when contacting support I was told I could not win more than what the bonus is received was in this case €58 this was odd as there was nothing in my bonus term that stated a maximum to the amount I could win from my bonus upon further conversations with live support they told me different bonuses have different terms that is no problem I was then told by another support staff that the correct terms were the ones of my bonus granted which does not state anything about a maximum cashout. I was then told that I would not receive my winnings because there is one small term on there website in the accounts section that say max withdrawal cannot exceed the bonus amount received I was told my bonus had a different terms with no max withdrawal I was told this by support via live chat. when questioning them on why the money was removed from my account they kept quoting the term under the account section even though I was told via live chat that each bonus had different terms and the term I should follow was the one granted for my bonus. So to summarize what Weiss casino does is advertise one term to the player in plain view there own support confirm no max withdrawal and confirm the bonus terms when you win they quote a completely different term which is hidden on the site. Weiss takes part in fraudulent business practices they advertise one bonus term to the player stating that that is the correct term to follow tell you you have no max cashout and you can win more then the deposit bonus and then when you win they back track on this I ask one person on live chat if the terms on my bonus were the correct terms he agreed and told me to follow my bonus terms as different bonuses have different terms when my money was stolen from Weiss I was told of different terms and when I sent a screenshot of my terms via live chat to support and asked him if these were the correct terms he refused to answer only deflecting the question why would he do this if those weren’t the terms this confirms the practice of what Weiss is doing to it’s players

3 days into a a submitted ticket for a non credit issue, I get an email back but it's from a ticket that was only recently submitted at about 18 hours. Of course, another non credit. I finaly get the email I've been waiting for (won't get into details, but I'm $25 deep into the offer just trying to break even at this point) and i recieved it at 630am central.
