Review Time
Words fail me. Tracking info totally unreliable. Delivered item even though I'd stated I would refuse delivery and they confirmed they'd return item to seller by e mail on 14th Nov. Its now the 25th Nov and tracking last updated on 19th Nov. I've made several calls but now i give up.
I ordered a new CHR from Jemca in July 2021. The Sales department were abysmal! When I eventually collected the car in November!!!, as there had been no communication from order to handover! I complained to their Regional Manager who promised me that I would be a VIP customer from now on and given £100 to spend in their Parts department. I agreed not to give them a poor CSI report, as I expected things to get better.Fast forward three years and I can tell you that being a VIP customer was absolute nonsense. I never received any calls, letters, or emails inviting me to any events, no special 'VIP offers', in fact, nothing! I have just received my new EV Renault Alpine Esprit from Watford Renault. I have no complaints at all!What did they do differently? They kept in touch and updated me with the order progress! Not that difficult!Jemca will never again feature in my choice of Dealerships again. Put simply, avoid this Dealership, go to any other Toyota Dealership to save your time, effort and money. They do not care about customers!
I picked the Relay Point Pickup on purpose because I will not be at home to receive the package during the normal delivery hour due to my work. I chose the Pickup Point that is 2 min away from my house that opens 7days a week until later at night. Then GLS delivery guys changes the pickup point without any prior notification. It is 30 min walk from my house and they close before 6 pm and during weekends. There's no way I can go and pick my package up. This is not the first time GLS changed the pickup point without any notice. Even home address delivery, they will never come on time or never shows up even the system shows "delivery attempted", their online Delivery Reschedule System never works, and the customer service never answers the phone or email.
