Review Time
So I wrote a review explaining my whole experience with their support team because they owed me $99.42 for 2 different tasks on a certain offer. I opened a ticket on November 7th and it took about 3 weeks total before I first heard from them, which is whatever but at least I heard from them. I provided all of the proof they wanted and asked for on multiple occasions through a few emails because they kept asking for more or different proof, which I always provided promptly when asked for it. After waking up today to find one of my other tickets I had opened wasn’t going to be paid out after I also provided the proof asked for I decided to check if there was a response on my ticket that’s been open for nearly a whole entire MONTH now, which I see that they closed out the ticket without paying out the rest of what they owed me. Super unprofessional support team, they are going downhill and starting to not pay out for offers that don’t properly track even when you provided all of the proof they ask for. Back in October this was not the case they were so much faster at responding and always paid out if you provided the necessary proof that was asked for, I don’t know what happened between October and now but to see them take a whole 180 and start going down the path I’ve seen other offer sites/advertisers take makes me super sad because when I found mychips I was happy that they weren’t like the other sites I’ve experienced in the past. I would suggest everyone to save themselves the headache of ever having to try to deal with mychips support and steer clear of their website or any website that uses their advertised offers.
Absolutely shocking service, if I could give it o stars I would.My package arrived yesterday clearly tampered with and nothing inside.I only noticed when I took it inside but made it back out intime to catch the driver before he left. Not jumping to the worst conclusion at first I asked him could he please check the back of his van as the box was loose or tampered with and it might have falling out and I was basically told “no go away”.We tried to show him the box and asked him again to please check the van. He basically laughed at us told us he carried it right beside him all day (which I highly doubt) and to go away again. It was a Swarovski necklace for my daughter for Christmas and it’s stated on the label where its origin is from which leads me to believe who ever is tampering with the packages knew its value. Not only was the necklace removed but also its reciept (probably for proof of authenticity) This has left me so upset as it’s so close to Christmas and also that there is companies with employees that would do this to people.I have contacted manufacturers and gls Ireland and will update once I get clarification of how this will be dealt with.
