59% 1star reviews! Abysmal company. Same experience as most reviews on here…claiming nobody was home when they are and that was after just not delivering at all the previous day and now day 3 saying goods in their store until they get a fuller address - they have a full address incl.Eir code. Parcel came through GLS Poland and France with no issue but once it hit GLS Ireland their ineptitude and poor attitude kicked in - not to mention the lies about nobody home! A review 6 hours ago on here mentions customer service being overheard laughing and jeering about an e mail they’d just received yesterday - probably mine. I dared to ask about the lies! I can imagine they found that amusing. No way to get through on phone..no reply to e mail…dreadful lack of service.

The worst of the worse courier companies

No Customer service whatsoever, E.mails never replied to . No delivery attempt either. It looks like they make a delivery attempt whenever they feel like it. The best thing that can happen to this so called courier is ceasing to exist.

Exhaust issue- Peter a savior

Peter in Northampton came to sort my exhaust out that fell off visiting the area. He was polite told me the issue and took me to a local garage in the evening. A great gentleman and extremely professional

Disappointing Experience with Sliderobes

I placed an order with Sliderobes at the end of July 2024 and was immediately pressured to confirm the booking by signing a contract and paying a deposit. Despite expressing hesitation about the color choice, I was encouraged to proceed.When inquiring about door styles and handle options, I was informed that they only offered one style and suggested purchasing handles separately for cost-effectiveness. However, after receiving a brochure, it became apparent that this was not the case, and other options were available.I requested color samples from the representative but received no response. After two weeks of follow-up, I contacted Sliderobes directly and requested the samples. They claimed they had been sent but never arrived. This process had to be repeated several times before I finally received the samples in August.It turned out that the representative I was dealing with had left the company, which caused significant delays. Pol, who has been helpful, eventually contacted me.The installation date was finally scheduled for late October, which is nearly two weeks beyond the promised 12-week lead time.While the staff has been polite, the overall service has been extremely lacking. The delays and poor communication have left me with a negative impression and disappointment regarding the installation date. This has caused disruptions and additional costs for other services that were planned based on the original 12-week timeline.If I were starting this process again, I would avoid Sliderobes.
