Tracking says my parcel is out for delivery since yesterday, it was important I received it today and spent the day in position 7 in the customer service queing system. Didn't matter how long I held, position remained the same - 45 mins and no movement. Have rang back twice, guess what, position 7 and not moving. Absolute unprofessional, DPS 10 times better, wish suppliers would avoid GLS, a joke.
This is the worst delivery service ever. No response from number provided and you can be stuck in one position in queue without any changes. They don’t have a tangible reason for why they can’t seem to deliver my parcel for days now. So useless.

I don't know how a company can go from being so good to so bad. We have had wardrobes fitted 3 times in the last 20 years. All by Sliderobes. The first wardrobe is still going strong, never had a problem with it. The second one, the mirror became loose and they fixed it straight away within the warranty. A nice scottish lady in Maidstone was great and very efficient and helpful it was fixed immediately.The third wardrobe, the most recent has got a drawer front which keeps falling off. I thought no problem as it's under warranty. Sadly it seems the nice Scottish lady has gone and everything has moved to Belfast. Despite being reassured everytime I call that it's being dealt with and they will call me to arrange to fix it... noone ever calls to book the appointment. There is something very wrong with the way the aftersales are now being dealt with and I would suggest that the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. I shouldn't have a shoddy drawer front. It's not good enough and it feels like they just can't be bothered to help me. This has been going on since May and it's now July.

I ordered a fitted wardrobe from Sliderobes in April, and the salesperson was helpful. The old fitted wardrobe was removed, and the new one was installed on the 3rd of July; however, four pieces of the new wardrobe were damaged:Top track damageRight batten damage where the track has been scrapedLeft-hand back damage at the bottom left cornerLeft upper side not sitting tight on top of the top-shelfAlso, they damaged the wooden floor during installation. I emailed them right after this, and the customer services team told us that the new pieces would be manufactured. However, they ignored my complaint about the damaged flooring. We agreed on a new fitting date in mid-August, which I had to cancel due to business reasons. They told me they would call me to schedule a new fitting date. After waiting for their call for almost two weeks, I emailed them again on the 3rd of September, reminding the problems. They only got back to me on the 9th of September saying they would give me a call to schedule a new fitting date. I still don't have the fitting date scheduled. I had the worst customer experience ever in my life! Don't work with this company
