Rented a car for 5 days at Valencia Airport.The lady at the counter charged 155,00€, saying it's a deposit to be released when coming back.It was actually charged. Another person from Customer Service told me it was in fact an extra insurance, however I explained clearly at the counter I didn't want any additionnal insurance. + the car was pretty damaged even if functionnal.Avoid at all costs.
I have been trying to contact GLS to redirect a parcel, but I am having no luck. I have tried to call them but cannot get through - I hear an automated message telling me that their phone lines are down. I have sent numerous emails to them - the first one I sent a week ago - I received a response where they told me to call or email them again when the parcel arrived in Ireland. I have tried to contact them since I saw the parcel arrived in Ireland, but have received no response from them so far. This has been a pretty disappointing customer experience.
