I have been trying to contact GLS to redirect a parcel, but I am having no luck. I have tried to call them but cannot get through - I hear an automated message telling me that their phone lines are down. I have sent numerous emails to them - the first one I sent a week ago - I received a response where they told me to call or email them again when the parcel arrived in Ireland. I have tried to contact them since I saw the parcel arrived in Ireland, but have received no response from them so far. This has been a pretty disappointing customer experience.

Absolutely fraud they only use specific garages where they don’t fix your issue just do temporary solutions and then give you attitude and AA will only use them so basically you have no choice it’s basically no warranty I was told to use O’regan motors and they were useless
Delivery never arrived - received email to say my parcel was delivered at 10.09 this morning while I was at work. I didn’t receive a call from the driver. I returned home from work and my parcel is nowhere to be seen. Offices close at 5pm so can’t contact anyone. Tracking says parcel delivered!!
