GLS the WORST courier in the world.Ordered an item from Germany and the store made a terrible mistake of shipping via GLS.Item arrived in Ireland but GLS delivered my item to a stranger in another building that I have no access to and without my consent. I was not available to receive the package because they rang my bell at 10 PM when I was already in bed.GLS refused to admit fault saying that it is their policy to leave parcels to strangers willing to take it. - this is a direct quote. If you don't think that is idiotic then GLS is the courier for you.They eventually had the driver pick it up from the stranger and had it delivered to my address after filling several complaints. They still did not admit fault and even had the audacity of saying that they did not have to do it and only did it as a show of good faith. Imagine hiring a courier and only delivering the item you paid them to do as a "good faith gesture". I don't know why they are still in business.
I am so glad I booked with this company. 2 sliding wardrobes fitted in two different rooms (over two days).From visiting the showroom, liaising with Yvonne for my design appt to the designer coming out and helping design the best use of the space and thereafter the bespoke wardrobes being fitted I couldn't be happier. The joiner was quick and efficient and cleared up fully after himself I'd definitely recommend.

They picked up package on 6th Dec 23 , they claim 3 days delivery however it should have been delivered 16th Dec tried tracking and it hasn't been logged since 6th on Amazon . Tried GLS tracking they claim not in their system . Contacted seller and Amazon next day delivery extended by three days but I'm not hold much hope if its not showing in GLS tracking system . This has happened to me too often now with GLS , tracking not entered a waste of time.
