Review Time
I read a review by someone regarding a Yaris service. I wanted to write about my experience with Jemca Toyota in Colindale where VW previously was.I took my Yaris for a service to maintain its 10 year warranty. At reception and speaking to the lady taking in my car, I got the impression I was being primed for call for additional work. The conversation was strange, I walked out feeling emm I'm going to get a call for additional work. And sure enough I got a call for work that was needed. How did they know this before even looking at the work, all its previous services were done by Toyota. Its a 2019 model, does it require work everytime its serviced? Not a good brand or perhaps Jemca is poor dealer. Anyway after the service there was some sort of weird noice when braking. It cleared after about 500 miles. The bill was almost £500, I won't be taking the Yaris to Jemca Colindale again, in fact to hell with the warranty I'll take my changes. I going to my tried trusted garage for future services of both my Honda and the Yaris. They are very attentitive. I also notice there is no reply from Jemca. That says a lot about them.
I hate that I have to select 1 star. They have had my parcel for 15 days now. Besides the fact the customer service is shocking - but I mean you would in fact need to be getting service to even rate this.I have received sarcastic, snarly replies, they do not use correct grammar or punctuation ( which honestly led me to believe I was being scammed ).After about 9 days of them having my parcel, they finally admit their driver delivered it to the wrong place.You would imagine he would go back and get it or check on it? Nope- not even an update or confirmation he has tried.My €200 package is sitting in someone else’s house and GLS couldn’t care less.To say they are a disgrace is an understatement and they would drive you to dispair. Will be making a note everytime I order online that I will not be accepting this lot as a courier.
