We ordered three laptops, turns out they had the wrong display ports for our needs. Two of the boxes were completely unopened, but HP would not take them back, even though we were happy to pay more money for the correct model (since we used a business address not a personal address, they say refunds/returns are not possible).Their technical support was also very poor when asking for advice on how to use the laptops with a dual screen setup (they basically told me to google for a solution).We also asked to be put in touch with a business representative as we wanted to buy a server (which will cost around EUR20k), and there was no reply to this. We ended up buying our server via Dell.

Poor communications system. Tried to phone the company several times today, always reached a deadend each time. One simply cannot talk to them over the phone! Even the custermer service perpole at the Toyota headquater were not able to transfer my call to them. I assume that they have soly rely on the web appoinment system for servicing and maintance now which I tried but it is so poorly designed it make impossible to book. And importantly it is not interactive! It should not be a replacement for telephone communations. I understand that Jemca Toyota may want to cut cost in adopting such a communations system, but it is at cost to its customers!
A total disgrace, my parcel has been in delivery in the same day for 4 days. I have called several times to customer service and they have notified the driver and they told me that the driver would call me but he hasnt called me. Absolutely disgraceful service.

If I could rate this company zero I would!! Absolute disgrace!! They have advised me for 2 whole weeks that it will be delivered on that day...no sign! Got delivery notification to say it had been delivered on the 10th of Oct no sign. I work from home. Noone came into the drive. My husband found the parcel thrown into the ditch at the end of our house while taking in the bins this evening. The driver must have opened the window and thrown it as he was driving. And it is lashing rain! I am absolutely furious

Swaped my yaris cross over to the CHR,a week ago,the service again was ten out of ten on all counts,staff were super friendly and knowledgeable in their given roles, the swap over was super smooth and stress free,a special shout to Mario, and H, and the young lady who showed me to the car and spent time with me setting up my pho e and toyota connect,ten out of ten and 5 stars to all.
