👌👌👌GLS delivered my parcels twice

GLS delivered my parcels twice. Twice there were no problems. The first time the driver even called me in advance to make sure I was home. No complaints.

Parcel did not arrive

Got an email at 12.10pm to say my parcel was delivered at 1pm I did not realise your delivery drivers could deliver parcels to the future, it says it was signed for by myself but nobody ever tried to deliver a parcel someone was home all day and I also have a ring doorbell camera which proves that nobody tried to deliver parcel I would avoid ordering from any company that uses GLS as there delivery partner

If I could give this company no stars I would! They have never delivered a parcel on time to me they quote next day delivery lucky to get it within a week. I would avoid this company if at all possible

Poor service ...authorised garages are zero knowledges.and they don't want aa claims. Really frustrated with aa..I took premium aa warranty. Still I lost lot of money. Customer Service also very bad.not help at all

Quite possibly the worst courier…

Quite possibly the worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. The girl that answers the phone has absolutely no interest in helping you and won't even take a note for the courier to help deliver the parcel. You sit in all day waiting on a delivery but they don't update their online tracking until the van has returned to the depot at the end of the day. By then phone line is closed and your parcel sits in the warehouse the next day until you ring the uninterested girl and she only wants your mobile number for the driver and lies and says it will be with you the next day!! No attempt at any delivery. My parcel got from the far side of Europe to Carlow in less time than they've been sat on my parcel!!! An absolute joke of a set up.

Apparently my parcel was delivered... it wasn't, no reply to my email and all phone lines are automated saying their offices are closed. Its a weekday and its 3pm.

Deliveries not delivered to the house

The last three deliveries have not been brought to the delivery address. They have been left at a shop 5 km away from us. We have been at home.When I pay for delivery I expect better.

Misleading Warranty

My water pump in my car was faulty. AA declined the claim. It clearly states that it covers that. I had to folk out R6500 yet I had warranty. What is the purpose of a warranty if it doesn't cover. I want to cancel my policy with AA. They are the most misleading warranty company. I rather buy another car with the premiums that I am paying every month for nothing.
