Deliveries not delivered to the house

The last three deliveries have not been brought to the delivery address. They have been left at a shop 5 km away from us. We have been at home.When I pay for delivery I expect better.

Misleading Warranty

My water pump in my car was faulty. AA declined the claim. It clearly states that it covers that. I had to folk out R6500 yet I had warranty. What is the purpose of a warranty if it doesn't cover. I want to cancel my policy with AA. They are the most misleading warranty company. I rather buy another car with the premiums that I am paying every month for nothing.

Worst delivery service

Made an order with a company who use GLS for delivery and after a delay I contacted GLS as I had a gotten an email saying they received the parcel. At first I got a nice professional reply telling me the issue and how they were trying to resolve it I said thanks, keep me informed. 10 days later I had to get on to them again to which I received the reply "Hi,Thank you for your email.Parcel was returned to shipper, please contact them.Kind regardsHayley"No apology for not getting back to me, no apology for the delay, nothing, that's it. Hope I never have to deal with them again

Worst experience with a warranty…

Worst experience with a warranty company ever. I, together with a franchised Audi dealership, have been trying for months now to get my claim authorised. The list of challenges is ridiculous: 4 different email addresses provided, denial of receiving emails when they have been received by others, 1 hour plus waits on the garage line, blaming AA for refusing to change email addresses for customers to contact. I have been left without a car and no option now but to seek legal advice.

Parcel from TEMU handed over to GLS on…

Parcel from TEMU handed over to GLS on 28th September. Contacted GLS who tried to blame it on customs except TEMU tracking showed it cleared customs on the 25th of September. Agent then backtracked and said it was their customs with the delay. So here we are on the 9th of October and its still showing as "The customs documents are being prepared." I have contacted TEMU and told them not to ship any more of my orders with GLS. My next three orders have already shipped with An Post. Avoid these cowboy's at all cost.
