I got a guy called martin and he called me and I was at work and he called me next day and got my delivery to me like he said on the first phone call I never had gls before but I think now they are very good and get your package to you that guy was very polite to me also I get gls again thanks a million Debbie farrell..
My parcel was marked as delivered though I never received jt, security cameras prove that no package was delivered. Driver insists he left it in the porch yet somehow the docket was signed? So obviously a forged signature. Didn’t reply to my message on the online forum

I have read very negative reviews about this delivery company and its terrible what people have experienced. When I read the reviews I was worried I would have the same bad experience but I have taken the time out to write this review to say that my delivery came on time and the service I received from this company was excellent. I cannot fault them. I just hope that they can improve on what happened to other people on here that have had a bad experience with them.

Have had my package at depot for 2 days, will now spend the weekend at the depot as apparently not enough room on van again today. Package not large,so I guess incompetence must be the reason.Suggest DPD as much better alternative. Update. Just home after being away, parcel sitting at the door spotted by kind neighbour and brought indoors on Saturday. No notification that Saturday delivery was even available!
