Review Time
I've receive a email saying my package was delivered and my signature was sign which it wasn't by me! I've checked with the neighbours and surrounding area nothing! I put my eircode in my order and it shouldn't be missed! I've email customers service and they are taking their time to get back to me..I'm deaf unable to ring in this is my only communication and it's very frustrating having to wait to see where my package is gone I feel robbed and disappointed in this service..I will be taking this matter further as alot of money went into this!

Got a delivery today, the driver decided to throw my items over my garden gate , because maybe opening the gate is a little complicated? I confronted him over this action and his reply “ it’s only clothing in the package “ how did he know ? I have it all captured on video the absolute cheek of him ! I’m disgusted by this service !
Worst service. Just fired my parcel over my gate even though I was home and my puppy was just about to chew box. I’ve had 4 parcels delivered recently belonging to my neighbour different postcode to mine. Puppy damaged parcels including an iPhone she ordered due to parcel not being left in save place
