Have had my package at depot for 2 days, will now spend the weekend at the depot as apparently not enough room on van again today. Package not large,so I guess incompetence must be the reason.Suggest DPD as much better alternative. Update. Just home after being away, parcel sitting at the door spotted by kind neighbour and brought indoors on Saturday. No notification that Saturday delivery was even available!

I really don’t know how this company are still in business. The service provided is absolutely the worst I’ve encountered. I ran a small business before and I would have never tolerated this company delivering to my customers. TWO of my parcels have BEEN LOST ? The first one was 8th August. Waited every day as I was OUT FOR DELIVERY according to the tracking NEVER ARRIVED … then last day said on the tracking “ COULD NOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC PROBLEMS “ ? Now it is SEPTEMBER and it still says it’s in the PARCEL CENTER and EVERY DAY I’m told it’s going out PRIORITY? The second parcel was marked as DELIVERED . I never received it. After a LOT of conversations the driver finally rang me said he had PUT IT ABOVE MY LETTERBOX. I live in apartment block with access only by key. Long story short . I told him I would have security look at the camera in the hallway. He then BACKED DOWN and said .. maybe the parcel wasn’t for you?? What happens to customers who can’t prove these parcels are not delivered. WHY are the couriers allowed to mark parcels as DELIVERED when then have not asked for a signature or taken a photo like most couriers? I will try my best when buying online not to have GLS deliver my items . I feel that the staff are not to be trusted

Don’t bother, not worth it!! Phne with aa and paid for parts and labour cover for almost 9 years, and never had to claim once!! For the first time, I’ve put in a claim for something that costs £100 to fix, for it to be declined because apparently I did too many miles between the AA coming out and me put in the car in for repair!! Absolute joke, no communication and was not informed that there is a mileage limit between the AA attending and you actually managing to get your car booked into the garage!! Cancelled with immediate effect and have taken my complaint to the financial ombudsman service!
They picked up my package yesterday and a minute after the tracking says they have delivered the package. The package is going from Ireland to Portugal. Non sense tracking system plus I don’t even know where is my package now.

Arrived into Ireland on Friday 28th July and received a tracking update on Saturday 29th July saying that the package was delivered, even though there was no package delivered to my house. Customer service was closed over the weekend so I rang on Monday 31st July and was told that a woman named Marie signed for the package in Skerries. I was told that my Eircode (which I provided correctly to the company I bought the package from) was incorrect and thus the package was delivered to Skerries, Dublin (even though Wicklow was on my address??). Gave them the first 3 digits of the Eircode that they were missing out of my otherwise perfectly fine address, and was told that the delivery driver who made the mistake has until end of day Thursday 3rd August to get it delivered to the correct address. Rang every day and found out on the Thursday that the driver hadn't even bothered to pick it up in Skerries, the last day he was ordered to deliver the package!! Rang on Friday 4th August and was told that the package was 'unable to be picked up' and I will have to get a refund. My number was given to the delivery driver since the Monday but did not receive one word of contact from him. Was also told that I'd be called back at 12pm on the Friday morning by GLS which did not happen. Had to explain to the Italian company about the situation as they had no clue and GLS did not bother one bit to sort out this situation, and thus have done half the work in trying to establish communication and sort this out. €2000 euro monitor gone down the drain to a woman named Marie in Skerries. Will not know when I will get a refund as GLS have not bothered one bit to rectify this issue. If you care about your goods getting delivered in a safe manner to the correct address, do not go with GLS no matter the cost. Choose a different courier, and ask your shop to seriously consider changing their courier choice.
