Do not EVER buy a car from the AA website thinking because its advertised there and the dealer is AA approved you will be dealing with honest, trustworthy dealers. The 12 mth AA guarantee that comes with it isn't worth the piece of paper it's written on. Do these scamming rogue traders pay the AA loads of money or something so that you will lend your name to them? I have been ripped off twice by so called AA approved dealers and this latest one has left me unable to pay my rent this month because if I hadn't paid Halfords,(who actually ARE the most honest, kind and helpful company on the planet) to put right the dangerous faults on the car I bought from YOUR website I would have lost my job owing to having no transport. I have paid now double the price I paid for the car in sorting out the faults on it which obviously were not described at the time of purchase. So stressed over it my mental health has suffered and I have had to take 3 weeks leave as I have been under so much stress owing to your dishonest dealer partner...
Honestly don't know how they are still doing business, was told would be delivered Thursday, no show, got email to say would be delivered Friday, even though it never left the depot, then no time to deliver on Mon, finally came at 6 on Tuesday, even came with the old line of wrong address the first day, and near on impossible to contact them unless it's between 9 and 5, when I'm ordering again I'll be asking whos their courier, if its gls I won't be placing an order, don't even bother asking for my tracking number until you look into it, ive been messed around enough,
The disappearing parcelSo I work later then most was home waiting for a package. No knock but a email that it had been delivered I went down nothing outside. I then looked around all are normal hidden spots and nothing. Ok I'm worried did it get stolen. I called there customer service and the first person I spoke to was pleasant helped clam me told me that the delivery person left it at a house up the road from me . Not great but ok I sad please stay on the line and walked to the house knocked and they answered and nope no package. So she informed me that the driver will contact me and ends the call. I go around to a few more neighbours asking it's now half 11. I have to go to work so I think I'll call again and tell them that I won't be home and where to leave the package when they do deliver it . Back story I worked in a call centre for years and know what it's like so I never raise my voice I know how it's done. So I explained and Jennifer the person who answers was just Rude and dismissive informed me I have to email in and that's all I can do I asked why and she gave a large sign said that's policy then tryed to end the call I said don't hang up on me I'm not happy I want to speak to a manager she said there isnt one. I said love I know the delay get me a manager don't tell me that she said no and HUNG UP ON ME !!! just awful rude
