A complete waste of money.I purchased an extended 2 year warranty 5 weeks ago when I purchased my vehicle. It was soon obvious that one of the rear wheel bearings was failing. The bearings are covered under the warranty. None of the local AA approved repairers would do the work stating that it wasnt worth it because the excessive delays in authorisation from the AA can cause the partially dismantled vehicle to be stuck on an inspection ramp for a couple of days, preventing other cars being worked on.The motor dealer I purchased the car from eventually helped me but I was without the car for 2 days. I have just returned from a trip to Scotland during which at least one of my front wheel bearings has failed and again no one will do the warranty work. A complete and utter waste of money.
My packet was delivered by Knock Depot. The sender clearly labelled packet " Please deliver to door. Do not leave at gate or inside wall." in large lettering written with a black marker. The packet was left at the gate. There was a large hole in the plastic bag which meant that, had it been raining, the feather and down filling of the enclosed coat would have been irreparably damaged. What an abominable service.
Booked a test drive for a CH-R at Jemca Toyota Reading on Sunday. Turned up at the time we booked and bizarrely we were told by the salesman that the company get "funny" if you test drive the car you wish to purchase as it would "add mileage". He then told us to test drive his own CH-R which was a different spec to the car we were interested in. We got into his car, which had his shoes and personal belongings thrown around in the back seat. We felt this was unprofessional and ultimately a pointless exercise. Prior to this experience were very interested in purchasing a car from Toyota, but were totally put off by this salesman's approach. We felt that he didn't think our custom was worth his while. During the appointment he repeatedly went into the office to "check something" for "2 minutes" a time however, we think he spent more time in the office than actually communicating with us. Lucky for us we had an very professional appointment with Citroen and have purchased a new vehicle with them.
No star !!!! this company should not be allowed to operate. Sending emails saying it’s delivered when it had not . Signing your name when it’s not your signature.., it’s disgraceful. When you phoned the company, they promise you, they will sort it but no result. Before I buy online anymore, I will check what company is delivering my parcel if it happens to be GLS I will not place the order as I know I won’t receive it! Very disappointed and unhappy customer.
