Review Time
I am disgusted once again, this is the second time this has happened to me, I rang up this morning and asked about my parcel I was told it would be here today and it didn’t come! the last time I was suppose to get it, it didn’t come either!! I am disgusted with the service, SHEIN need to change their DELIVERY services!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!! I got an email of shein to say my item has been delivered when it hasn’t! What is worse is I was talking to the manager the last time she said it wouldn’t happen again, but oh look we are here again!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
My Toyota Corolla Hybrid was called in for 'data communication module reprogramming' last month and I took it to Jemca at Edgware. I thought the customer service was excellent - from being seen in the morning, through video update on car to communication throughout the day as to when it would be ready. In addition, it got a wash and clean too. Having been to several other dealers/franchises in the south-east over the years, I was impressed.

We paid £1000 for a warranty on a 18 plate Mokka with 12k on the costs. Was told it cover all the engine and was a very good warranty. Fast forward two years and full service history and the company being taken over by another company.Head gasket goes at 35k and the engine is a right off and we have a bill for £2500. AA wont cover us because the whole repair just the gasket. Which is strange they seem to think that i could use the car after the repair?So I have had to sell the car at a big loss and get another car. Please dont buy from this company they hide behind their t&c's.
this company is actually mental. I think they drive around with the packages pretending to be couriers. They have my parcel for ten days and have refused to contact me or give me any more details other that the package is out for delivery or back at the depot. I am really sorry that my retailer chose this carrier.

No stating times, so delivery all times which is fine but Got no calls and I send to a business address expect businesses to be open all night in case gls driver might arrive. They never answer their emails, eventually answered the phone but not a lot help.
