Review Time
No stating times, so delivery all times which is fine but Got no calls and I send to a business address expect businesses to be open all night in case gls driver might arrive. They never answer their emails, eventually answered the phone but not a lot help.
Second day in a row status of my parcel is out for delivery but then they bring it back to warehouse saying reception closed?! First of all, there is no reception in my building, second of all you are wasting my time second day in a row as I'm waiting for parcel which obviously nobody is even attempting to deliver! Based on some latest reviews I can see that more people have the same issue and I simply can't understand why are you wasting everyone's time! I already raised a complaint with a sender and officially on GLS website but not even sure how to get my parcel as customer service is not helpful at all! Ridiculous

The package is sitting in their depot since Thursday and it is now Monday. That is the main depot as it hasnt even made it near distributon. A birthday has passed and I think the worst part is when I rang last Friday the person on the phone told me a) no I couldn't collect it b) they had only received it Thursday so it would be Monday/Tuesday at the earliest. Whatever happens from here a parcel that in the normal course of things takes 5/6 days to move within the country is a disaster. Actually overall it will be 12 days since I ordered the item. They might be cheap but it's not worth the delays.Edit: delivered early Monday so I pulled the negative review trigger a bit too early

I had to ring and email multiple times about the whereabouts of package. The people I spoke to were nice but told me my package would be delivered at 6 and still no sign of my package. Absolutely disgraceful. No updates on the tracking online and on the site saying it’s been delivered when it clearly has not. My package has been in the warehouse since Monday. Another package arrived Tuesday and was delivered Wednesday. Be extremely wary shopping with anyone who uses GLS because looking at other reviews, you’ll be waiting 60 days.
