This is the worst company to use. First delivery ever used with them.the trew it over someone fence which was not my house. Infact another estate Second time they said out for delivery waiting in all day never came. Then the second say it never came how can you waste people time like this I'm actually so upset with this company needed my order for today as it was for a wedding fuming
I first had sliderobes fitted around 8yrs ago, and they look and function as if they were fitted yesterday, I’ve now had a second bedroom fitted out by them, and the whole process from visiting there showroom, then measuring up at the house, and the fitter who did a great job, all nicely finished with sealant down the edges, all waste cleared off site, everything perfect, a great Job !!

Where do I even start I am not happy with this company at all I have ordered a few things from the company SHEIN for my holidays and it states that it should have been delivered to my house yesterday but nothing I have been waiting for my package and I have been tracking it and all it’s says is that it’s is on its way I even called the company and they said it’s on its way but I still see nothing.SO DISAPPOINTED
Really annoyed with this company they have had my order since Wednesday it’s now Tuesday of the next week each morning they say it’s due for delivery today then every nice it’s back in the warehouse ! Can’t get an answer on the phone and they won’t reply to my emails or let me change my delivery to collect at the warehouse! Ridiculous service

If you have a Supra DO NOT take it here. Garage is totally incompetent. I have a pretty much brand new 3000 Mile Supra. The car is almost totally brand new after driving 30 mins in it the car breaks down because of a battery fault which then caused the car to overheat (A common issue for the Supra a simple google would show you) Regardless it's an easy fix with a new battery. (After ringing Toyota roadside assistance who pretty much refused to come help btw) We put a new battery in and rescued the car. As a precaution and as the car was still under warranty the car went to Jemca for a health check. This is where the nightmare began. First the battery we had used to save the car from the motorway had to be swapped as it was not an official Toyota battery which is extra funny because the car uses a BMW one. The dealership couldn't source a battery and it was going to take weeks to deliver. So next day we went to BMW and got the battery for them. Then problem number 2 was that they would void the warranty if we did not wait for them to perform a pressure test. The kicker they needed some part to do this that had to get shipped in from abroad and was going to take weeks to get. Then the part arrived but needed a master tech to perform the test. Who knows what happened because they never answer the phone and promise calls back you will never receive but after a while I found out I had to wait for a special Supra tech to come down. He came and apparently signed the car off and it was good to go. (If only it was that simple) Now apparently the fan belt is making a funny noise and you guessed it that isn't getting done any time soon either. We had to complain and complain until some principal of Jemca has had to get involved to finally sort the issue. The Supra is arguably the flagship most expensive car toyota own and to Jemca it may as well be a spaceship. This is by far and away the worst experience I have ever had with a car ever

The 2nd day waiting on my package and no sign of it. Tracking justs says out for delivery for the last 12 hrs. The 1st day it was marked as could not deliver because "reception was closed" but i live in a house and there were people home all day. Not only that but GLS delivered a different parcel to us on the same day! Dont use this courier and I'll be advising the company I bought from not to use them in the future.
