Shocking Customer Service/ just blame partners

Shocking Customer Service - 16 Calls - 1 Call backMy car was towed by the AA to their approved garage after convincing me it would be the most painless way forward - telling me I was under the AAs 'Smart'care. I have breakdown and Parts cover. Zero contact except from the AA 'approved' garage telling me the AA was refusing to pay out and that I had to pay up otherwise they would undo the work they had completed. Called through 16 times, just to be passed on citing it being not their fault or their manager would give me a call back. Still no wiser as what is even going on. Shockingly I haven't be called back. With a garage asking me to pay them.Paid for this service for almost 4 years and feel totally betrayed by the AA.

Claire in GLS customer service was very helpful and professional, she arranged to have my parcel dropped to a GLS location near me Bombay Bazaar. Collected my parcel no hassle, the lads in Bombay Bazaar were also very understanding.I really appreciate your help and professional manner with this matter Claire, thank you.

I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID! feel conned BY AA

I am absolutely livid at the terrible service I received from AA Warranty. I paid honestly for this service, only to be lied to during my breakdown. An engineer told me that a recovery van would arrive after just one hour, but it was not true. The recovery van arrived a whopping 4 hours later!To add insult to injury, I was advised on several separate occasions that my breakdown costs would be covered under my agreement, but I was completely conned. AA claimed that they would not pay because a service part was changed, but my van was not due a service and had already been serviced! I lost two days of valuable time and was left with a hefty repair bill. This was all during a cost of living crisis, making it even more unbearable.The whole process was a complete disaster. Even after trying to get this resolved by sending an email, it has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back from AA. I feel like I've been conned out of my hard-earned money that could have been saved otherwise.This was by far the worst experience of my life, and I'm absolutely furious. If AA doesn't resolve this issue soon, I'll be going to the press to expose their terrible service and lack of accountability. I advise everyone to steer clear of AA Warranty – they will only cause you problems and leave you in a worse position than when you started.

Got a delivery of a dog kennel left at my side. It was delivered damage free but the problem is we were not notified before the delivery. I got the delivery and it was fine and undamaged but please text your customers like DHL before you deliver a packet

Mam is so quiet and helpful she understand your problem so calmly ,i joined mam's session on april 2023 when i was going through a anxiety phase in my life i m so negative at that time i healed totally by the grace of mam and the universe and see made me believe that life is a beautiful opportunity, thankyou so much mam u have came in my life like an angle ..sometime again negativity comes but mam made the community together and take session every week so that our practice continues..highly recommended because u will get more healers in the market but the problem which the healer understand deeply thats what mam have

The AA website is designed to fill you with confidence, that should there be a problem with your vehicle the warranty will cover it.How WRONG can you be.Due to health problems we recently purchased a Mitsubishi Shogun with 12 months AA warranty for peace of mind. The brake caliper seized, vehicle was taken to AA approved garage. The garage and warranty people were informed that we had hospital appointments the following week. Having been assured that the vechile would be sorted, we sat back waiting to be contacted. Five days later we were informed the claim was rejected.So here we are hospital appointments to attend and no car.Added stress on top of an already stressful situation. What should have been a stress free situation has been anything but.I expected better of an organisation that has been around since 1905.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE AA WARRNTY TO ANYONE.

DO NOT PURCHASE AA WARRANTY

DO NOT PURCHASE AA WARRANTY! A disabled couple I know always like to buy trade to be covered so I found them a nice spacious SWB Mitsubishi Shogun with 12 months AA warranty. A bit pricey but that's trade sales vs private for you but the peace of mind of the warranty sold it. Within 1000 miles the brake calliper seized as they only use it for hospital appointments and shopping. They recovered it to Halfords who are a registered repairer, Halfords quoted £600. They suggest it has to have discs and pads too? Who cares, under warranty right? WRONG. They just had an email saying brake calliper isn't covered! Absolutely disgusting when the sales videos and website suggest peace of mind and almost ALL mechanical parts are covered! How dare they! Missed hospital appointments and sleep deprivation due to the stress. Absolutely appalling.
