Awaiting Package was out for delivery yesterday never arrived it said traffic problems.Rang head office they said he ran out of time .Today it said it will be delivered .Mid afternoon no sign so I called customer service they told me it will be delivered in 3 hours or less..Never arrived!..I wouldn’t mind it was going to be delivered to a pick up centre in town not like out in the country in the middle of nowhere ..Had arranged a day off to do the job .If I had known it was going to be GLS I’d never had purchased .I’ve emailed the company I purchased it from .Awaiting a reply Still No sight.

Absolutely pointless. 3 things on my car failed within the first year of owning it 2 of which could not be repaired without going through BMW…which of course AA don’t deal with, you have to go to their “approved garages” all of which are absolutely useless unless it’s changing a bulb. Then one thing that AA could help with and covered on my warranty…did they want to help? Absolutely not. Also god forbid you get a private plate as the admin team are just as useless at updating their records, leaving me high and dry and passed from pillar to post saying my “cover didn’t exist”. Don’t even waste your time and money - you will not get an ounce of help from this “warranty” whatsoever
Recently I made two purchases and by the company gls was there chosen courier, both items arrived on different days ......no fault to gls at all,tracking info on both orders was brilliant, for my area last stop is annacotty gls.ive made another online purchase and I had a list of couriers to choose from so yeah I've chosen gls.so far I would definitely recommend.

I find GLS the best couriers to deal with. I am never in my house when my parcels are being delivered and GLS give you the option of a grant deposit delivery so you can tell them where to leave your parcel in this case. I’m sick of missing collection from A Post and then having to go to a depot which only opens till 2 pm????. It’s such a hassle but GLS take that hassle away. Would highly recommend this company.
