Review Time
I was awaiting a delivery for a new Fitbit strap since the the keeper had unfortunately snapped. Due to the time of year and the bank holiday, I had expected that there would be somewhat of a delay. Luckily, my parcel arrived on the day that GLS informed me it would be delivered on. It is a good courier service and I would use the service again

Completely incapable of actually delivering anything. 3 times out of 4 my package has been delivered to a shop 2 villages away. It was totally reasonable to them that I would drive an hour out of my way to do their job for them. Of those 3, only once did I get a message to let me know that was where it was, the other 2 I was supposed to guess that it was in this entirely random location? The remaining time I was delivered someone else's package, someone on the opposite end of Cork.I am currently still trying to track down a parcel that was "delivered" on Christmas eve. I refuse to go collect it, neither customer service nor the driver are responding to me so I'll try here.The incompetence is honestly incredible.

I have known this company for their excellent delivery of my goods right on time especially with driver Kennedy. I appreciate your work ethics and hope that you guys keep up the good work. Thanks for all that you do to ensure that our delivery arrives on time with no damages.

Item was sent in sealed package oiled to keep safe. It arrived ripped and soaking wet. Package torn to bits and protective wrapping ripped apart. The protective oil was washed away. Driver had no interest in the state of it. Item was received by GLS on 19th Dec but not delivered until 31st Dec. According to tracking it was moved from one Irish depot to another every single day except christmas day. According to tracking they could not deliver due to heavy traffic. SERIOUSLY!!! I wrote to them and they did nothing. No apology.Update, The company have asked me for details, I wonder if this is a PR exercise. I have already sent photos as requested, I have already have several emails with them in Dec so why say they would help now when they did not help then.
