Don't use this courier service. They are by far the worst courier service. Excuse after Excuse. The item was supposed to be here on 23rd but. The van broke down. It will be out on the 24th. Then the vans were full on the 28th it will be out on the 29th. I called again on the 29th then it was a system error. It was put on the wrong pallet. So it will be out on the 30th. I then told them if its not here on the 30th I won't be accepting it and they can return the item to the online shop and explain why it wasn't delivered.

Useless and unprofessional service.I bought a Fitbit on 14th December that was to be delivered by today, 24th December 2022 by GLS. It was a Christmas present. I spoke with a GLS customer service rep. asking that the courier call me or leave the delivery outside my apartment or with a neighbour when they delivered it incase I wasn't home. They never delivered it or contacted me so no gift for Christmas day. Fitbit were completely unsupportive when I called asking for help. I advise giving both a wide berth. I definitely will. Massively disappointed.
