Review Time
DO NOT BUY Was told when we bought our Audi Q3 2015 to take this top range warranty cover that AA do as it will cover us for nearly everything and much more than the cheaper policy AA do. Plus we get free breakdown cover for the year on the top Warranty. After having the car for 6 months we had a problem arise on the car so called AA and was told to book it in and then get garage to confirm the fault and price which we did. And what a surprise the part is not covered under the warranty So we have now got it booked in to be replaced and end cost going to be £600. Now Battery is loosing Power over night and Start/Stop not always working since this cold spell checked my agreement and it says Battery covered but when i called to confirm i was told it is NOT under some stupid category Batteries for Start/Start vehicles are usually up in the £300 range so that will be another thing we will have to pay for. Our agreement states they will pay for repairs up to £3000 and not over the value of the car but I bet if it was something that only cost £50 to replace it would be covered. So looks like we will be cancelling this agreement by end of today and put the money we spend every month on this agreement in to another account so we can use that when another fault comes along. ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and from a company that prides it self on customer support total bag of rubbish our AA breakdown cover will also be cancelled today never had to use it luckily.
Not sure how many thousand packages GLS deliver every day and how many are delivered perfectly with no reviews - but after I read the reviews here I panicked a bit.I had no issues at all bar it took an extra day, but with all this Brexit jazz going on that's not surprising. So 5 stars.
I wanted to exchange a laptop that I got but HP wants to charge me $99 to return it, wait 5-10 days (after they get it.. probs be more like 15 since it was late after I paid for express shipping that they won't refund) pay $200+ for the one I want because it's more expensive (that part is understandable) then send me the new one but ONLY if they have it in stock they won't even hold one for me until after they inspect the one I bought that's not even opened or even in my hands! I would just have to wait a month down $300 to maybe get the laptop OR get a refund and whoever I talked to in freaking Alladin town couldn't answer me how long that would end up taking. Trash. Garbage. BS. I should of gone to Amazon or hell Walmart even I'm not paying them another cent I'm just going to keep the one I have so I can use it to warn everyone else online not to buy from them directly. WORST MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE!!!!

Just had our set of bespoke Sliderobes fitted by a highly skilled fitter David from the Ipswich branch. The service was seamless even during the pandemic. The cupboards are great quality very robust and smooth running. We now have masses of storage space as they go right up to the ceiling. I would highly recommend.
UK-IrelandI had two parcels send from screwfix on 18th and 19th of January. The first parcel arrived over a week ago, unfortunately, l am still waiting for the second one. Enquire two days ago, no respond... Phone line busy... If that would be my choice, l would pick up different service. Grazyna
I wouldn't even have given 1 star if I had the option. I sent a huge parcel with GLS weeks ago. I rang after a week as it hadn't been delivered(within the country) i was told they would look into it. "4days later I rang again to be told oh that enquiry is closed now, apply for refund here"... and that was it. 3 more phone calls and all with the same rehearsed line said. No apologies, no answers to my questions and absolutely no contact from them. If I hadn't followed it up id imagine I still wouldn't know. There are 2 little girls out there now that haven't received a box full of Christmas and birthday presents and I can't do anything about it now thanks to covid and brexit. Never will I use GLS again, absolutely shocking customer service!
