My Internet was down, I spoke to Richard R. He got a bt engineer out next day and sorted the Internet out. The service was really good and Richard kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Vince scheduled a call and called exactly when he had arranged.
Set-up of VoIP system etc was very straight forward via email comms, and problems were sorted over the phone very quickly.
Overall, great service.
The representative was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue promptly. They provided confirmation that my problem had been addressed after several attempts with other agents. I hope to see more representatives like this one!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm sharing this to caution others about the company's hard-selling methods that pressure customers into purchasing their product while offering no support afterward. They presented a completely incorrect contract, and when I raised my concerns, they claimed that since I signed it, it was legally binding and I couldn't back out. Now they are pursuing me for over 12k to escape this erroneous contract, despite having provided me with NOTHING! I want to prevent others from falling victim to their scam.
