I've purchased jewellery from this service multiple times and have always been impressed with the quality. I had an issue with a bracelet I bought as a Christmas gift, as the clasp broke during the first wear. However, I can't praise the support team enough. They quickly sent a replacement, and a special mention goes to the representative who was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

The service went above and beyond to send my order to a unique destination, even though it wasn't listed as a standard option. I had bought several gifts for friends and family. Unfortunately, the package didn't arrive in time for my Christmas visit home, so I had to buy replacements to ensure I had gifts with me. Due to the busy holiday postal season, the original order arrived after New Year. Throughout, the team's communication was clear and responsive. One representative, in particular, was friendly and helpful. When I requested a refund due to the delay, it was processed promptly, and I was kindly allowed to keep the items as a goodwill gesture. Overall, a very positive customer experience.
For the jewellery specifically, I cannot recommend it enough. The balance of affordability and quality is unreal. I've never experienced tarnishing, despite wearing it daily for various activities, including sleeping and swimming. The compliments I receive are countless, and to top it off, it’s an Irish brand.
I reside in Ireland and was informed that my parcel would arrive in 3 days, but it took 18 days after placing my order. This was quite disappointing, especially given the £6 delivery cost. The support team was not very helpful and came across as somewhat rude. In response to their reply, I want to clarify that I was not notified of any delays or changes in dispatch when I placed my order. While I anticipated some delay due to the holiday season, advertising quick Irish delivery only for it to take 18 days is unreasonable. Additionally, when I emailed the service about the expected arrival, I was assured it would be here by January 7th, which it was not.
