Very clear instructions on how to pair the replacement remote to my Quattro mover unit. I had purchased one second hand from eBay which was a mistake as it would not pair, this new replacement worked a treat, everything I hoped for!
We had a problem with our MH heater and we happened to come across the name of this company (though quite a distance away from where we live) - emails followed and we were put on to a local company to help with the physical work of removing circuit boards which we then sent to A&R - they were very quick to assess and return the boards and gave advice (through further emails and phone conversations) as to how to proceed. As a result we now have a heater that is working. Without the help and speed with which A&R worked this could have taken a lot longer to sort out - Highly recommend
