I read the reviews and paused before purchasing. I did wonder if my order would arrive and, as I had incorrectly ordered sizes, contacted customer service. I got an immediate response. The delivery was as scheduled and my return was registered and refund came without delay. Any contact with Arlettie was promptly responded to and I would shop with this e-shop again. I wanted to let others know about this experience because there are a lot of negative reviews.
Guys, I really wanted to leave a review because reading all the others honestly scared me — I thought my purchase wouldn’t arrive or would be faulty. I can confirm that I ordered two designer slides and, to be fair, they were shipped quicker than I expected.One pair arrived in perfect condition, but unfortunately the other was faulty. At first I panicked and thought they wouldn’t respond or that I wouldn’t get my money back. However, they did get back to me. While it was frustrating receiving a faulty item that they couldn’t replace, and I did have to send a follow-up email to chase the refund, overall their customer service was good.So if you’re thinking of shopping with them, I would still recommend it. I can confirm that items do arrive, and one of my pairs was in great condition and an amazing price — just a shame about the other pair.I hope this gives some peace of mind to others. And to anyone still waiting, I’m sorry that’s been your experience, but I’d suggest continuing to try the contact email on their website, as they were genuinely helpful with me. But I do appreciate the majority of reviews are negative for a reason - and I’m sure if both of my items arrived faulty this may not be so positive but as I said the customer service was good for me - a star knocked off for me having to chase but other than that they’ve been good!
I bought 3 different items from the D&G sale. They cancelled one to the items from my order (product sold out after taking the money) and out of the two other items, I received some damaged sunglasses and the wrong pair of shoes. I ordered a pair of loafers and I got a pair of boots. I have been contacting customer service many times via email and they only replied to my first email after a few days, sending me a return label for only one of the items. They kept ignoring the rest of my emails after that… it’s quite frustrating because im travelling soon and I need to send the parcel out before I leave the country. It’s been two weeks already.Never again! Avoid
Hello. I have bought 3 bags at the beginning of november and one has been refunded and i have sent many many emails to request an update on the other two - they should be Xmas presents- but after a reply, nothing more. I am very disappointed and worried because if i do not receive them i have to think of a plan B about these two people.
