Never received ordered item, but company says it was marked delivered and refuses to show me proof or refund my money. Doesn't take phone calls, and I've had two lengthy email chains with bots who say the exact same thing - they cant refund my money because it looks like the item was delivered on their end. Scam.

Merchandises are nothing like you see on their websites. Don't be fooled.

I ordered: Art Deco Stained "Glass" Table Lamp
and paid a lot of money thinking I am getting a genuine Stained "Glass" Table Lamp.

After a month, instead I received some crappy hard plastic inferior product. I tried for a refund and after giving me the run-around and telling me the product is as advertised, they sent me a return shipping label. YOU pay for shipping and pay lots of money for shipping.

In my case it was not worth the shipping cost. That is what they are banking on. That you channge your mind to return because shipping cost more than most of their products.

Everything s shipped out of China. You will be returning to China and pay a lot of money for shipping.

I reported them to my Chase credit card as scam and am waiting for Chase to refund my money.

Everything they sell on their site is second-rate imitation. Don't fall for the photos and images. They are all fake and duplicate from other website.

FTC should shut this scam down. I am considering reporting them to the FTC.

Will NEVER order anything from this company again! They deceive with product descriptions and charge way more than some things are worth. They made it sound as if one of the products was glass when it's actually some kind of hard plastic. I'd have no confidence ever ordering anything from them again. And there was no mention that the two products I ordered were being shipped from CHINA! I probably would not have ordered had I known that ... too long to wait, too far to ship something I thought was glass ...

I found more than 400 reviews online, and the majority are negative. Yet your responses repeatedly claim that you are “concerned.” Based on what I received—and the volume and consistency of the complaints—I do not believe those responses are genuine.

The photos on your website do not accurately represent the products being delivered. The sizing also does not match true measurements. With the number of negative reviews you have, you are clearly aware of these issues by now.

Shame on you for taking advantage of customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. In my opinion, ordering from you is a waste of money, and your business practices are misleading.

I rate my experience with 0 stars, but that is not an option. My husband and I men’s X-large Sherpa-lined vest on January 21, 2027. He received it last Friday-February 6th. When he opened the package and held the vest up, it was obvious immediately that it was too small. When he tried it on, there was at least a 10-inch gap between each side of the zipper. All of my husband’s shirts, coats, and jackets are X-large and fit him just fine. On Sunday-February 8th, I emailed my concerns about the vest. I even tried on the vest and it was too small for me. I requested a return shipping label and a full refund. The next day, the company emailed back-asking that I provide photos with my husband wearing the vest. I complied with their request. We have gone back and forth since Monday-February 9th. Yesterday, they requested photos of the vest showing the tape measurements. Again, I complied. They said that they were check to see if the measurements fit with the provided size chart. There is no size chart on their website. I also wrote in an email that I don’t trust them, since they are deceptive on their website and business dealings. Also there is no indication that they are a China-based company. I googled the return address on the package shipped-it is a self-storage facility in PA. I wished that I had read the reviews on this company before ordering. This company is total scam. Returns are at your expense even though you didn’t make a mistake. I do not recommend this company. They are easy to do business with.

They actually deserve zero stars. I ordered two stained glass dog lights, and after over a month I received only one, and it is less than half the size advertised, made of cheap plastic, looks nothing like the picture in their ad,
and has a crazy cheap USB charger instead of electric plug in.
They have no customer service, I can’t get a response from them, and I am not confident at this point that I will even be able to return the items, and less than confident I would receive a refund.TOTAL SCAM company. Don’t waste your time or money on Hudson & Mark.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They take forever on shipping, a then when you get the item it completely looks different from what you ordered. Asked for a refund and they said you can get the refund but have to pay for the shipping for there warehouse in China. Don’t recommended this company at all.

Regret not checking reviews, it's a scam!

I regret not reading the reviews before buying. This is a fraudulent company; the label claims it shipped from a local area, yet I'm being asked to return it to China. The quality is inferior, worse than a shopping bag, and the sizing is completely inaccurate!

Disappointing Quality and Poor Return Options

Ordered a women's wool coat in January 2026. The quality is far below expectations. It's oversized and boxy, with wide side panels not depicted in the images. I promptly requested a refund, but I've been informed that I must either cover the return shipping to another country or accept a reduced store credit. I advise against purchasing from this company.
