Wakefield bus station toilets are not accessible, the radar lock has been replaced with a keypad, and no one the to get access when you ring the bell or try to find a member of staff that will let you in, God forbid you get the cleaner I had today. The normal toilets have a coin machine that seems to be out of order most of the time. Arriva say the side door should be open for access, during the times they should be open, but one cleaner doesn't do this. Staff need to be made fully aware of thier duties, and managers should be making sure they are carrying them out. Also it would help if managers were more accesable, they cannot see what's happening downstairs from the offices.

Arriva has one of the most useless and embarrassing bus services I have ever experienced in my life. Your timetable is a complete joke. It shows “due,” then suddenly changes to 10 minutes, then 20, then 30, then 40. People are left standing and wasting their time because your system clearly cannot do the most basic job.

Your drivers have even driven straight past me while I was standing at the stop and clearly signalling. I was the only person there, and the driver saw me and still didn’t stop. That is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism.

This service is completely unreliable and feels like a broken, poorly managed excuse for public transport. People depend on this to get to college and work, and instead they get delays, confusion, and frustration. Sort this out properly, because right now it is an absolute mess.

Everytime I call they tell they try there the best to get to her today. I change internet, would change phone service. But that is the only one in Bruce. Bad business

Bus 110 was supposed to arrive at 16:28, but it arrived 2 minutes early, so I missed it. Then you have to wait at least 30 minutes for the next one. On the screen, the bus that’s announced never comes. Seriously, it’s a joke. Having to wait this long in the cold is really frustrating

My partner has done this journey many times travels from castleford bus station to pontefract .the bus changes number at pont then o 135 to Cheqerfeild .and she paid her £2.50 for the journey home knowing this buss changes number .
The understanding is its £2.50 any where in West Yorkshire weather its on stop or till the end as long as tou dot get off .that's not the problem though the bus driver acted angry demeaning and out right broke my partner in public .and I find this a disgrace. I won't be leaving it at this.

Disappointed with Recent Changes to the Bus Service

A few months back, I expressed my satisfaction with the school bus service. However, it's unfortunate that the CN6 service has recently deteriorated in Luton. The bus has been consistently late in the mornings and experiences breakdowns more frequently than other routes. To improve this situation, please consider utilizing one of the reliable buses available, as suggested by various sources.

Another missed bus (26) and poor maintenance

Once again, the bus (26) has not shown up. It’s almost amusing that when it finally does arrive, it will be in a terrible state as this service clearly neglects proper upkeep. It's baffling how such an inadequate service is permitted to run.

Disappointed by the service of the bus driver

I am truly disappointed by the level of service from the bus driver, a tall bald man in his 40s or 50s operating bus number 4139. He was rude and responded to questions with sarcasm, drove aggressively, and kept laughing to himself, which made both me and my 80-year-old mother feel very uncomfortable. Since I had never used this service before, I was unsure if my tickets would be checked before boarding. When I inquired if I could enter, he harshly questioned why I would do that while he was exiting. Honestly, it's just absurd.

Terrible experiences with the service!

I’ve had some of the worst experiences! The bus is consistently late and often doesn’t arrive when it’s supposed to. The fare keeps increasing, which is really frustrating since my sister and I rely on student day tickets! They’re projected to be £10 by 2025 instead of £5. I was at the bus station late at night in Middlesbrough, and the bus was 45 minutes overdue. When it finally arrived, the driver started vaping and left! No one else took over, so we had to wait another hour and 25 minutes! Absolutely unacceptable.

Consistently disappointing service experience

Once again, the service has been extremely disappointing. No bus arrived, and I'm at risk of losing my job due to their unreliability. There was no notice of cancellation, just a complete lack of service. The response to complaints is unacceptable; I raised my concerns at the station and was met with indifference. This level of service is simply intolerable.
