Excellent from beginning to finish. All the staff that I had contact with were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Richie and Liam did the physical work on very hot days. The outside area was cleaner and tidier when they left than it had been before they started the work clearing the moss off the roof.
I agree with all the 5 star ratings. I have had my roof cleaned , brickwork sealed and lovely front windows and door , I am very satisfied , a few timing issues with the windows and the bit of grouting that was needed before the sealing of the bricks was not neat but that was minor. A wonderful courteous service I was kept fully informed , would definitely recommend this company , guarantee included with all work .
From the initial consultation with them, the communication and keeping me updated was second to none. Very professional on all levels.The work was started when they said they would start. The contractors that attended my property were punctual, polite and kept us informed of everything that was happening. They were very tidy on leaving everyday.The work has been carried out to a very high standard, and it looks fantastic.Nothing was to much effort for them and the extra things such as fitting my new external lights, was no bother for them.I would highly recommend this company for any of you building needs
The rendering refurbishment by Artisan Exteriors was a great experience from start to finish. From the initial contact with Alex, then Martin the surveyor, Amy the office manager and Rob checking from time to time that everything was satisfactory, I found them all to be very polite and pleasant. Ryan who did the work was also a lovely lad and did a great job (and loves his black coffee). I would highly recommend Artisan.
We had the front of our large period property painted coated to a very high standard. Dale arrived punctually every day and always left everything clean and tidy. His work was excellent and finished to a very high standard. Artisan were professional and kept us up to date with the progress, we highly recommend this company!
The lead upto the work was very thorough. I had a clear understanding of the process as to how the work would be carried out and its cost. This was done in person which I very much appreciated. I was given a roof survey sheet plus a guarantee certicate and a wrtten duty of care statement.The work was carried out efficiently over a period of just over a week at the end of each day the surrounds of the house were properly cleared and cleaned. I certainly would recommend Artisan Coatings & Exteriors without hesitation, a brilliant job done!
We chose Artisan to clean our bungalow roof after they had done the roof at our neighbours bungalow. We must say that we are delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them. The company was totally professional from the initial cold call, two lots of surveying through to the installation by Brad and Mackenzie. Nothing was too much trouble for Brad and Mackenzie, they were polite, thorough and very hard working clearing up every evening and doing a superb job. Thank you Artisan.
