Our block paved driveway had dips levelled, cleaned, resanded and sealed twice. The work was done efficiently, with a ready smile and through the weather. Such a pleasure to have it done by professionals. It looks like new and has been commented favourably by neighbours.
Artisan Coatings providing a great service for rerendering our house. We had a particularly difficult colour to match, as were only redoing part of the house (due to our budget). They visited several times to ensure the colour was a perfect match and kept us updated throughout. Danny and Chris completed the work to a very high standard and again kept us updated on progress and explained each step along the way. Would certain recommend and will be going back in the future to finish the other side of the house.
Our block paving had not been cleaned since it was first put down so was desperately in need of some attention. Danny & Chris were the initial team on site and they took care of an alteration to an ACO drain (replaced it), and did a first pass clean. A couple of days later the sanding and sealing was done by Tom, and then Danny & Chris came back to finish off and do a hand over. The communication was top notch, we were never left hanging, and overall, it was first class experience. The block paving looks like new again, and we also get the guarantee with the sealing job. I can definitely recommend Artisan Coatings & Exteriors. Thank you so much.
I cant give a 5 star review because we had issues with initial rendering which was done in March 2024 when cracks started to appear by the end of the summer and worsened over the winter. However, the team have always been first class in their customer service and they have now resolved the issue to our satisfaction without quibble.
What can I say ,what brilliant guys .Was just intending to have my roof cleaned and coated,upon inspection It was found my ridge tile were not in good condition, so deal was done at a fair price ,and so a new dry ridge tiles were fitted .as I had business in wale I left the guys to it ,and had confidences that the work would be completed to a good standard,.photos were sent to me for me to see has progress was bieng made .Upon my return the roof looked amazing ,would recommend this company for any work 5star Thank you to all who worked on my roof ,brilliant .Mark hallam, Hucknall.
We had Artisan to paint our house with Properla and to do repairs where necessary. Ryan who painted our house was attentive to detail and gave us advise . (As well as being a lovely guy .) The house was completed and we are fully satisfied 😊. We have been told any issues , don’t hesitate to get in touch with Artisan . Would recommend if anyone considering properla for their home .
Whilst we knew that our pebble-dashed semi detached property would require some maintenance in the near future we hadn't planned anything until Artisan knocked on the door to offer a quote. From that point on all our dealings with Artisan have been excellent. The work required was to repair damaged pebble dash and then to apply Properla coating to the exterior.Rob in the office provided great communication about the planned start date and continued to keep in touch throughout the work.Danny and Chris carried out the work to a first class standard despite the extreme heat at times. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating when we changed our minds on one or two aspects of the project.The end result exceeded our expectations! My wife and I are so pleased with the end result and already neighbours have commented on how lovely the house now looks.So thanks to Rob and the office team, to the guys who we spoke to initially and the assessors and finally to Danny and Chris for your expertise.
We have just had our roof cleaned and sealed, with some repairs carried out on broken tiles and a loose ridge tile. The result is amazing: looks like a new roof. Richie and Liam carried out the work: they were hard working, skilled craftsmen who took pride in their work. They disposed of all the moss and rubbish, leaving the surrounding area cleaner than when they arrived. We would definitely recommend them.
Trustworthy, impressive company. Very good communication and explanation of what would happen. RICHIE and LIAM did an impressive job not only with the roof which looks fabulous, but phoning ahead with arrival times, careful and thorough work round the solar panels, overcoming any problem, and doing a wonderful clean up job during and after.
