The tiles are beautiful but I only needed 3 metres squared of tiles. I didn’t realise until checkout that I would be charged £59 for an entire pallet for delivery. By then I had arranged my tiler and had to proceed.I feel completely ripped off, this could so easily have been sent by normal courier.Beware!!
This is the third time I have used Artisan Tile Company. This is the third time I have used Artisan Tile Company. However, on the second occasion, I ordered some tiles with express delivery, which arrived a day late. I contacted the company, and they said they would waive the delivery charge for my next order. I was set on getting the Nero 50mm x 50mm tiles for my utility. I contacted them about free express delivery, and they said they had no record of this agreement against my previous order. I reluctantly purchased the tiles, but this will be the last time I use the company, as they made empty promises. However, on the 2nd occasion, I ordered some tiles on express delivery, which arrived a day late. I contacted the company, and they said they would waive the cost for delivery the next time I needed to order from them. However, I had my heart set on the Nero 50mm x 50mm for my utility. I contacted them regarding free express delievey and they said they haven't got a record of this. I reluctantly bought the times, but this will be the last time I use the company, as they came with empty promises. I've paid out £160 just in delivery costs. Hugely disappointing as they have a good range of tiles.
