First the tiles are beautiful. Second - the customer service has been outstanding, the best from any company. They were extremely helpful when I changed my order, and when we were in a real jam - they genuinely saved our bathroom project with extremely fast, responsive and kind service! Thank you artisan tiles, I highly recommend this company.
Unfortunately we have experienced problems with our tiles. Despite the tilers best efforts they were continually cracking when cut. We were unable to complete the job and had to change the design of the bathroom. When I called to discuss I was told no one else had called to report a problem. Not particularly helpful for our project which has been very expensive and sadly not gone to plan.

My order with Artisan was absolutely first class.Before ordering, I contacted customer services about a pattern matching query.This was answered straight away by the helpful lady who got the answer I was after.Ordering was a breeze and the delivery was very quick.The courier was careful delivering the item and left them exactly where I’d asked.The tiles themselves were superb quality and there were no issues. No cracked tiles or chipped edges. All in all, a perfect experience.I’d recommend Artisan tiles to anyone!
