I ordered Xmas day and my parcel arrived New Year’s Eve exactly as notified and expected, well packed on a pallet. Driver was helpful and move the pallet right up the drive as close as he could to the back door. Tiles are good quality, exactly as shown in the images. The only downside was the glue separating each tile for transport had to be hand removed from every tile.
Lots of choice, good value for money and great quality tiles. I didn’t order enough floor tiles due to the chequerboard pattern we chose and was able to collect them the next day. The showroom also looked great, so will definitely use them again in the future.

First the tiles are beautiful. Second - the customer service has been outstanding, the best from any company. They were extremely helpful when I changed my order, and when we were in a real jam - they genuinely saved our bathroom project with extremely fast, responsive and kind service!
