Just had my tiles delivered and even though I haven't opened the boxes yet I am already impressed. The tiles I chose are absolutely beautiful.The driver - Jed - could not have been more helpful. He rang an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He was so polite and friendly and put the boxes exactly where I wanted them. What a difference it makes dealing with a company that care about customer service and whose team are just as invested in doing all they can to make it a good experience. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for tiles.
Fantastic company to work with & customer service is excellent and very quick to respond. I had a very minor defect in 3 of my tiles, I had a replacement in 3 days & that’s from sending my first email.The tile choices are so different & top notch for quality, even the delivery guy is very polite. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.
The design of the tiles I bought is very nice from afar, but if you look up close it s just print on the very top surface of the tile and it's not 3 dimensional at all. Kind of expected them to be different. It's ok, they still look quite nice.
