Called for help with my order & the process was done for me. I was advised well on the questions I asked & if I needed anything to follow up.The parcel arrived as was said & the packing was excellent.4 tiles were broken on receiving the delivery, so I called to ask what to do. I was advised very clearly & taken through the process on the phone, while I filled in the online form.The replacements were with me the next day. Very good service all round. I would very much recommend this company.

We ordered a sample tile ( which we eventually changed the style of slightly) some time ago to take to the cottage we are renovating, to check it looked ok. Some time later we ordered our tiles ( we kindly got a discount code- thank you), the website directs you to other things you may need and calculates how many tiles to order. The tiles arrived on the correct day on a pallet. As directed I checked every single tile. There were two tiles that were faulty and the company are going to replace these. We haven't put them on the wall yet as we are waiting for the kitchen to be fitted.
