I ordered a part and they came with the wrong connections and the wrong color. The return process for this company is hell. AFTER multiple emails back and forth they decided they wouldn't take back their products. I lost $80 plus shipping on a product I now found in Home Depot for $15 smfh terrible!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
I ordered specific smoke detectors, and rather than ship the ones that I ordered they substituted with different ones and didn’t contact me first to ask if I wanted a substitution (which i did not!). I called in and told them they should have contacted me before shipping substitutions because I would have declined and asked for a refund before they shipped anything. You should never ship a substitution without asking the customer first if they want it. Now I have to take time out of my day to talk to customer service, submit an online form, wait for a label and print it off and take the items to the shipper to return. This should never have happened. I would not buy from this company again.
Service was quick and smoke alarm works just fine. The charge for postage and handling was excessive. The part I really don't like, altho I don't know who is to blame, is since I placed the order I have been swamped with ads on both my phone and computer for your company. I accept one (1) and only 1 communication from or about you beyond my receipt. All of the others are unwanted and lead me to not consider your company for any other products.
