Im absolutely not the sort of person to write reviews. However the delivery driver Jed was an absolute delight. He unfortunately had some issues with his van and was running behind delivery schedule. He called me to inform me which was really useful. He was exceptionally friendly and informative. Aside from the tiles being great, i would order from this company again just to have the cheery interaction from Jed
Really lovely selection of tiles, great customer service & communication - I was updated regarding delivery date/time. Jed, who delivered my order called ahead of time to let me know he would be arriving with my tiles. He was so lovely, very professional and went above and beyond to help me with the delivery.
Tiles are good - but delivery device is very very poor - 2nd order in about 15 months - each time, mysteriously the same problem, same scenario.. get a phone call the day before delivery, with the van breaking down or having problems on the M1.. delivery ends up being 3 plus days late.. this same excuse on each of my orders.. poor and disappointing, but most of all insulting as been given the same excuse twice now
Having spent a considerable amount of time choosing floor tiles and which company to give my business, I was keen to ensure that the quality and cost was matched by the customer service. Fortunately, I made a good choice. Delivery was prompt, with the tiles arriving safely due to their wonderful courier, Jed. This man is an absolute gent, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Beautiful selection of tiles available from Artisan.I purchased tiles from the Maison Victorian collection which look absolutely stunning. The tiles have transformed the entrance to my home.I had been looking for Victorian style tiles with other companies, but had not found any as lovely & as competitively priced as these.I cannot fault Artisan Tile Company- the ordering process was seamless & delivery was made as scheduled on time.
